As a result, rather than forge ahead with the course, we decided to focus on our essay planning skills. In particular, we wanted to look at the new type of &#8220;transformed&#8221; question from last summer&#8217;s paper :- &#8220;Assess the view that the condition of the peasantry in Russia was transformed in the period 1855 to 1964&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>After studying the examiner guidance and the exam report (these will shortly be in your past questions booklet in the assessment section of the site), we came up with <a href=\"http:\/\/heathenhistory.co.uk\/russia\/files\/2012\/02\/Essay-plans.pdf\">this<\/a>\u00a0synoptic plan.
